At vinzseeds, we strive to provide high-quality seeds to all our customers. Since seeds are natural and perishable products, refunds are subject to the following conditions:
1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- You receive the wrong product.
- The package is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- The seeds delivered are expired or near expiry at the time of delivery.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Seeds that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Seeds with germination issues, as growth depends on external factors like soil, water, climate, and farming practices beyond our control.
- Orders returned after 48 hours of delivery without prior approval.
3. Refund Process
- Customers must raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
- Once verified, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Replacement Option
- Instead of a refund, customers may also opt for a replacement product of the same value.
